this girl:
is getting big. that, my friends, is a bike. with training wheels. and that, my friends, is my daughter riding it.
gah!
the other day ryan and i were giggling together and ava said, "why are you guys laughing?"
and this morning she announced that she dreamed of "flying with butterfly wings on my back".
this boy:
is sleeping in a crib and doesn't look too small to be doing so.
he has two teeth.
he reaches for me no matter who's holding him.
he sits up and plays with a basket of toys for extended periods of time.
they're growing up.
it totally stinks.

your kids are getting too big...I am missing it all! My mom mentioned you the other and I realized how much I miss you guys. Luckily we'll be moving into your neck of the woods and will have to hang out all the time!

Last weekend we changed his crib into a bunk bed together with his 4 (!!) years old sister!
I told Kate that she is not allowed to grow up. She then reminded Travis of this when he told her to behave like a big girl. Touche.
